NOTE:  All Teams enter fundraisers at their own risk and the CJSL and the Clovis Crossfire Competitive Program assumes no liability for team based fundraisers.

Clovis Crossfire Fundraising Policies

 

  • Clovis Crossfire Logo - Our logo can only be used with the written permission of the club.

 

  • Product Sales - All Crossfire spirit wear / product sales will be through the club website

 

  • Approved Team Fundraising Activities – All fundraising activities must be on the approved activities list. If a team wishes to do a fundraising activity that is not listed on the “Approved Team Fundraising Activities List”, the manager must get written approval by the Crossfire.

 

  • Raffles – Raffles are not permitted by any teams.

 

  • Use of Fundraising Funds – Must be used to pay soccer related expenses such as Club dues, soccer uniforms and equipment, tournament costs and travel, etc. Payments made to any individual must be documented with receipts that support the payment for the soccer related expense. Please submit the receipt to the manager for reimbursement.

 

 

All fundraisers must be approved by the Crossfire Committee to ensure compliance with Crossfire, CJSL and CYSA policies.

CJSL Bingo

 

Bingo Volunteer Information

Clovis Bingo Hall is Located on the SW Corner of Bullard and Minnewawa

 

CJSL Bingo is played every Tuesday evening, year round.  You will receive 20 credits for working an complete shift.  The credits can be redeemed for Soccer related or any other sports or education related activity: Books, PE Clothes, Lap Tops, Soccer Cleats, Soccer Gear, Soccer registration etc…   Bingo is also played on Saturday (Buchanan High School) and Sunday (Clovis East High) you may work on those nights as well and transfer credits between the nights.   

 

If you are interested in working for CJSL on Tuesday please show up at 5 PM and the floor manager Luanne Scott can help get you signed up and started.  You do not need to call prior coming in the first night. Once you begin on Tuesday we will take your name and number and the CJSL Bingo scheduler Jessica Sandusky will contact you to see if and when you can work again for us. 

 

There is also an opportunity to get credits for setting up prior to the doors opening up to the public for bingo play.  The CJSL manager and scheduler can give more details once you get signed up and are working. 

 

While working Bingo you may be selling paper or pull tabs to the players.  You may be working the snack bar or even working at the Point Of Sale at buy in. It all depends on what you want and are able to do.
